A recurring motif of rams incorporated in Mesopotamian artifacts is illustrated with these three rams standing on their hind legs as if they were humans. Due to weathering and exposure to nature verdigris was created. Verdigris is the greenish color formed on copper. this same greenish color is evident on the striding demon, as are the rams horns. Its ironic how the rams are standing on two demons and rams horns were used to signify demons.
