These are 3 more bird shaped vases. These vases even have what looks like bird feet as the base instead of a round bottom. And no human arms like the other Bird Vase. The Greeks were known for their craftsmanship and they produced many vases, urns and bowls. These were used to store and carry things like grain, olive oil, or wine. They would have 2 large handles near the mouth to pick them up and carry them and smaller bowls with a flat bottom were used to hold wine on the table. These specific bird vases look like they were ideal for pouring liquids.
